Pastor Kent Sailsbery
I (Kent) have been the pastor at Northwest Community since its start in late 2005. This has been a challenging and rewarding experience as well as an exciting career change that came about after responding to God's call in my life! Pat and I have been married for 30 years and have survived the roller coaster ride life has to offer. We have learned together through our experiences that God truly is the only one that we can rely on! Pat works full time and supports the ministry of NWCC with her gifts of caring and mercy. Our daughters are a blessing in our life, Kristen (26) is a graduate of CU Denver with a degree in business finance. God called Kristen to missions and in May 2010 she began a 27 month assignment in Peru. Check out her blog at kristensperublog.blogspot.com. Brooke (23) is a graduate of Colorado Christian University with a degree in youth ministry. Currently, she works full time as a nanny to twin boys and serves as the Ministry Leader for Youth & 20-Somethings at NWCC.
Kent has fun attending classic car shows and enjoys driving his 1964 Pontiac Lemans Convertible (when it's running right!). Pat is taking sign language classes, enjoys computer games, friends, and walks with the family. Kristen has been consumed by clothes and fashion (much to her dad's grief!), Brooke is adjusting to life after college. She enjoys her job and her involvement with the youth at NWCC.
